Anybody here know what's going on with http://radioarkivo.org? Kinda looks like it's been abandoned. (I wrote a bunch of episode summaries for the archive several years ago, mostly for Radio 3ZZZ. Oh, well, I've got them backed up somewhere.) While investigating I found that http://esperantonebraska.org (another site related to Scott REDD) is also broken.
Even though Esperanto isn't an option at translate.google.com, just for grins I entered an Esperanto word, with the source language set to "Detect language". The response was We are not yet able to translate from Esperanto into English.. It also detects Esperanto when words are plural, accusative, participles... Yeah, the detection code is probably independent and doesn't mean that the translation code knows anything about Esperanto (yet!), but the response sounds promising.
Until fairly recently http://esperanto.com was not an Esperanto site— I don't remember why the previous owners chose the name, or even whether they explained it on the website. But now it's in Esperantist hands, a young Drupal site, not much happening yet. Check it out! There are a couple of games, for example the following (if you register, you can get your name on the leader board) ...
