Videos of Zamenhof Symposium Presentations
I have posted Zamenhof Symposium Videos as a drupal "book" that has as subpages the 5 presentations by the speakers: Zamenhof and the Shadow People, Zamenhof and Humility, The Construction of Language, Psychological Aspects of Zamenhof, and Zamenhof's Legacy.
They're a little uneven and the first few lack the audience questions. I also ran into some problems with the drupal video module and theming. It is currently kind of a hack to make it work at all. At some point, I may be able to make things work a bit better. But, for the moment, just enjoy!

Zamenhof Symposium videos
I'm really enjoying watching the videos of the Zamenhof Symposium, and I wonder if it might be worth trying to get them onto a TV channel for the intellectually curious? If, of course, the participants would give their consent.
In the UK we have BBC3, BBC4 and Sky Discovery who might be interested - I have no contacts there, it's just an idea. Also you'd have to consider whether you had a higher resolution copy available. I think the BBC and Sky engineers could easily cut out the fan noises - I wish I could!

Cable Access
On Friday, I dropped off a disk with HD quality video with our local cable access, who has expressed interest in broadcasting it. The audio is unfortunate, though its perfectly understandable. I just don't have access to a better microphone. I've been thinking about buying one, but good microphones are expensive.
We should probably also get them subtitled in Esperanto -- there was a lot there that would be interesting to Esperanto speakers who perhaps don't speak English.

Good luck with the cable station
Hey that's good news - can you let me know how you get on? If the symposium gets an airing on your cable station, that's more persuasive if one were to try to have them broadcast on the national BBC or SKY channels.
