This Handbook for Local Groups is a community effort to create a guide for any local group in the United States. This is is provided as a service of E-USA. If you are a current member of E-USA you may contribute to this work by adding content to the book on this website, or you may contact Phil Dorcas ("Filipo") directly at filipo@grupoj.org.
