Returns and Refunds
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
You must notify us before returning any goods for a refund or credit or exchange. Click on Contact US and request return information.
>In general, You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund or store credit. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Partial refund or credit will be given for any item that has obvious signs of use, or is returned more than 30 days from the shipping date.
You should expect to receive your refund or store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Refunds can be made for two reasons: (1) the goods were not satisfactory and were returned, or (2) the order contained items that are out of stock.
If you qualify for a refund, you may take the refund as a store credit, which can be used to purchase anything at our store. For more information about store credit, please see 'Store Credit' in the side box titled 'Important Links'.
If you prefer a refund rather than a credit, the refund is made according to the method used for the original purchase.
