SHIPPING INSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
All packages are sent via the United States PostOffice.
Media Mail is the least expensive method. Priority Mail is faster, but costs more. First Class Mail is shown as an option if the weight of the order does not exceed the First Class maximum.
None of these methods provide a tracking number, but delivery confirmation is provided for all domestic orders. Our experience is that 99% of all packages sent are received undamaged.
Delivery times for Media Mail
Media Mail is USUALLY delivered inside the continental U.S. in 3-10 business days.
Media mail is delivered at the same speed as parcel post. Items are sent via surface shipping methods, and all other forms of USPS shipment get priority (i.e. - 1st class, priority, express etc.) over media mail.
Between Thanksgiving and Christmas and at tax time the speed of delivery can be slower than the USPS's advertised 3-10 business days.
There is no guarantee on the speed of delivery.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses can take 3-6 weeks!
If you select Media mail for a destination inside the continental U.S., please wait 20 days before notifying us that your package has not arrived.
If you select Media mail for a destination outside the continental U.S. (including APO/FPO addresses), please wait 45 days before notifying us that your package has not arrived.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
Orders are sent to all countries outside the USA by Priority Mail International, which provides tracking numbers for later inquiry.
We always re-calculate shipping charges when processing the order, because frequently we can reduce the shipping cost by using Flat Rate Boxes supplied by the post office.

Shipping to Canada In addtion to Priority mail International, mail to Canada can be sent by FirstClass/M-BAG.
- Packages under 4 lbs are sent via International First-Class Mail.
- Packages over 4 lbs are sent via M-BAG. NOTE: THE SHIPPING COST FOR PACKAGES BETWEEN 4 AND 11 LBS IS A FLAT RATE!
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
You must notify us before returning any goods for a refund or credit or exchange. Just click on Contact US and request return information.
In general, You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of the order date for a full refund or store credit. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Partial refund or credit will be given for any item that has obvious signs of use, or is returned more than 30 days from the order date.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
