Your Role as a Board Member

As a board member, you’ll:

• Contribute to shaping organizational strategy and key decisions.
• Advocate for initiatives that expand Esperanto-USA’s reach and impact.
• Collaborate with fellow board members to ensure we meet our goals.
• Dedicate time to supporting the organization’s success through meetings, outreach, and events.

How to Apply

Joining the Esperanto-USA board is a structured and transparent process with guidelines established in our bylaws:

1. Submit Your Name or Nominate Someone: Fill out our nomination form by January 15.
2. Engage in the Selection Process: Qualified candidates will participate in discussions and interviews.
3. Help Shape the Future: Final candidates will appear on the annual ballot, with the final results announced at the end of the Annual Conference in July, and terms beginning immediately after .
